Return & Refund Policy

At Loesieloe Collections, we create everything with great care, attention, and love. Not completely happy with your order? No worries — below you’ll find exactly how returns and refunds work.
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).
After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back.
Conditions for Returns
A return is eligible for a refund if:
- the item is unused, undamaged, and (where possible) in its original packaging
- all accessories, parts, and included items are complete
- you can provide an order number and/or proof of purchase
Please note: returns will not be accepted if items are used, worn, damaged, incomplete, or show visible signs of use.
Exceptions (Non-returnable Items)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- candles, wax melts, scent hangers, or other wax products that have been (partly) used, lit, melted, or visibly tested
- items with a broken seal when the seal is required for hygiene or safety reasons (for example skincare or beauty products)
- personalized or made-to-order items
- digital products or downloads (such as digital planners, printables, and e-books) once delivery has started or access has been provided
How to Register a Return

Please include:
- your order number
- the item(s) you wish to return
- (optional) your reason for return
After your request is received, we will send you the return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Costs
To keep our pricing fair and sustainable, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If we made a mistake (wrong item delivered, damaged upon arrival, or defective), we will find a suitable solution right away. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs or send a replacement item free of charge (if possible).
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation.
We will refund your payment as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you notified us of your withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back — whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.
Original Shipping Costs
If you return your entire order, we will also refund the standard shipping costs of the original shipment (if applicable).
Any additional costs for a more expensive shipping method (such as express delivery) will not be refunded.

Exchanges are only possible if the item meets the return conditions and (if applicable) is still in stock.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Did your order arrive damaged, defective, or did you receive the wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number
- a short explanation
- clear photos of the item and the packaging
We will resolve this as quickly and carefully as possible.
Canceling Before Shipping
Would you like to cancel your order before it has been shipped? Please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has already been shipped, the return process above applies.
