At Loesieloe Collections, every order is made and packed with care, attention, and love. If something is not quite right, we are here to help. 🤍
On this page, you can find everything about returns, refunds, exchanges, and what to do if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.
After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
Return Conditions
A return is eligible for a refund if:
- the item is unused, undamaged, and (where possible) in its original packaging
- all accessories and included items are complete
- you can provide an order number or proof of purchase
Please note: returns cannot be accepted if items are used, damaged, or incomplete.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:
- candles, wax melts, scent hangers, or other wax products that have been used, lit, melted, or visibly tested
- products with a broken seal when the seal is required for hygiene or safety reasons (for example skincare or beauty items)
- personalized or custom-made products
- digital products or downloads (such as digital planners, printables, or e-books) once delivery has started or access has been provided
How to Register a Return
If you would like to return an item, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- your order number
- the item(s) you would like to return
- (optional) the reason for return
We will then provide you with the return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
If we made a mistake (for example: wrong item, damaged on arrival, or defective item), we will of course find a suitable solution. In that case, we may reimburse the return costs or send a replacement item.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive a confirmation.
We will refund your payment as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after you informed us of your withdrawal.
We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned item, or until you have provided proof that you sent it back (whichever comes first).
Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
Shipping Costs (Refunds)
If you return your full order, we will also refund the standard shipping costs of the original delivery (if applicable).
Additional costs for a more expensive shipping method (such as express delivery) are not refunded.
Exchanges
Would you prefer to exchange an item? Please contact us by email with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
Exchanges are only possible if the item meets the return conditions and (if applicable) is still in stock.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours of delivery) and include:
- your order number
- a short explanation
- clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assist you as quickly and carefully as possible.
Cancel Before Shipping
Would you like to cancel your order before it has been shipped? Please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has already been shipped, the return process above applies.
